Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                  
SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the                     
current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the            
final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate for public                
construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of the wage            
rate" be held to the May 1 calendar.  Without objection, it was so             
ordered.
